Vi Gardner Memorial Endowment

The Vi Gardner Memorial Endowment was established to offer financial support to the students who are residents of Oklahoma and are seeking for financial aid in order to help them fund their education. This scholarship program is open to the students who are citizens of the United States and also foreign students who are both in the undergraduate as well as those in the graduate level. For the student to become qualified for this scholarship program, he or she must major or at least intend to pursue any field in medicine.

Part of the qualification for the Vi Gardner Memorial Endowment is that the candidate must have a grade point average of no less than 3.0. This scholarship grant is awarded by the Epsilon Sigma Alpha Foundation, and it provides the amount of $500 to its recipients. The scholarship award given by the ESA Foundation is non- renewable. Once selected as a recipient, the student must expect that the check will be made payable to the college or university of the recipient’s choice.

All applications for the Vi Gardner Memorial Endowment are needed to be completed online through the ESA application system. Aside from the completed application, other supporting documents are required for submission as well such as transcript of records, SAT/ ACT documentation, two letters of recommendation and an essay. All the necessary requirements must be turned over to this scholarship program on or before the deadline set by the Vi Gardner Memorial Endowment to make sure that the application will be considered valid.
