The California School Nurses Organization is one of these programs, and its objective is to provide financial aid to the graduate students who are working their way to finish their credential in School Nursing. This scholarship grant provides the amount of $1,000 and those who are qualified and are serious about making an application to The California School Nurses Organization must submit all the necessary requirements to this scholarship program on or before its deadline which is on November 1.
In order to be considered eligible for the California School Nurses Organization, the applicant must have completed at least a baccalaureate from a college or university that is approved regionally. The candidate is also required to submit a valid RN license that was issued by the state of California, and that he or she must be a member of the California School Nurses Organization. Also part of the requirement is that the applicant must be registered in a Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) recognized school nurse credential program, and that he or she must have completed a CSNO awards application.
