The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation (TGKVF) provides the award for the program called Rebecca Goldman Scholarship Fund whose objective is to offer financial assistance to the students who are in need of financial support so they can continue their education and have the chance to fulfill their dreams.
The Rebecca Goldman Scholarship Fund has specific requirements that interested candidates need to possess in order to qualify for the scholarship grant. One of the requirements for this scholarship program is that the student must be a citizen of the United States and that he or she must be a resident of West Virginia. Another qualification is that the student must pursue nursing.
The potential candidate is also required to have a grade point average of no less than 3.0 and to have an ACT score of 20 or higher. Recipients of the Rebecca Goldman Scholarship Fund will be provided with the amount of $600 which is renewable for a maximum of 3 years.
