The main undertaking of the GSA is to help mold and train with new batches or nursing educationalists and heads. The alliance does this by coming up with certain agreements with nursing schools and health care establishments inside the United States of America and authoring study and working programs designed for nurses. These programs offer nurses scholarship programs in full for higher degrees in nursing studies complete with employment placements for more than a year.
There are some requirements that applicants must fulfill. The first is that the applicant must be a participating and creative licensed registered nurse in the countries of Canada and the United States of America. The applicant must reside permanently in Canada or America. The applicant must have completed a three year degree as a registered nurse. The applicant must have the intension of taking up a post graduate nursing degree then get employment in a acute care unit. The applicant must have the desire to for career advancement as a nurse.
