Marjorie A. Johnston Memorial Scholarship for High School Students

A scholarship program called Marjorie A. Johnston Memorial Scholarship for High School Students was established to give opportunity to the students who are in need of financial support so they can complete their education. This scholarship program is open to the senior high school students who are residents of Butler County in the state of Ohio.

The Marjorie A. Johnston Memorial Scholarship for High School Students who intend to pursue a degree in nursing or any health related field. This scholarship grant is awarded by Middletown Community Foundation, and the amount of financial support that it extends its recipients is between $500 and $2,500. The award is renewable for up to four years, and only one recipient is selected by this program each year.

Students who are interested and are qualified to apply for the Marjorie A. Johnston Memorial Scholarship for High School Students may access the application from the website of Middletown Community Foundation. Apart from the completed application, hopeful candidates are required to submit other supporting documents as well such as transcript of records that has the scores of the ACT/ SAT, and a resume that contains the applicant’s work experience, and/ or involvement in the community service.

The candidate’s application must have details of his or her personal information as well as his or her family information and the applicant’s financial information. All application forms are required to be typed and at the same time printed. Those who would like to take advantage of this scholarship must submit the requirements on or before its deadline.
