The Emergency Nurses Association has successfully established a scholarship fund that aims to aid nursing students who are experience some financial difficulties. The scholarship fund is called the Margaret Miller Memorial Undergraduate Scholarship. The scholarship fund was founded in honor of the late BSN, RN and MSEd, Margaret Miller in recognition of her contributions to the field of nursing. Citing her immeasurable contributions to the Emergency Nurses Association, particularly her time spent as a member of the association’s committees and board of trustees.
Student applicants must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse, a Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse. The Monetary value of the scholarship fund is 3,000 US dollars. The deadline for the submission of applications is on the 1st of June.
