A scholarship grant known as Louise Maas Allied Health Professions Scholarship was specifically created to offer financial support to the female high school senior students who are citizens of the United States, and are graduating from Princeton High School located in New Jersey. Part of the qualification that the female student needs possess so that she can be eligible for the Louise Maas Allied Health Professions Scholarship is that she must intend to pursue a career in an allied health profession.
This scholarship program is awarded by Princeton Area Community Foundation, and the recipient can expect to get the amount of $1,000 worth of financial assistance that is non- renewable. The scholarship will be mailed to the college or university where the recipient enrolled.
The Louise Maas Allied Health Professions Scholarship chooses only one recipient each year, and the application for this scholarship program may be obtained from the student’s guidance office or from the Princeton Area Community Foundation website. For the application to be valid, the applicant is required to submit a copy of her financial aid award as well as a copy of her acceptance letter from the college or vocational school where she will be enrolled in. Aside from these, the applicant is also required to submit a personal statement that reveals her interest in an allied health profession career as well as two letters of recommendation and a transcript of records. It is also important that the candidate must first apply for FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
