The Family and Children’s Services of Lebanon County scholarship program was established to offer financial support to the undergraduate students who are citizens of the United States and are residents of Lebanon County in Pennsylvania. To qualify for the Family and Children’s Services of Lebanon County, the candidate must major in a field that is related to the social sciences or human services such as medicine, nursing, counseling and social work.
This scholarship grant is awarded by The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC), and the amount of scholarship award that this program provides to its recipients is worth $1,200. The award for Family and Children’s Services of Lebanon County is given every year and is renewable up to four years. Two recipients are selected each year.
Students who are interested and qualified to make an application to the Family and Children’s Services of Lebanon County may access the application through The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) website. Candidates are required to submit a copy of the scholarship information list that is provided by the TFEC. Apart from the application, other supporting documents are also needed to be submitted such as a Student Aid Report (SAR) which may be obtained after getting a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The candidate also needs to submit his or her transcript of records, letter of personal reference as well as a completed Guidance Counselor form.
The application together with the other documents must be submitted both online and through postal mail on or before the deadline set by this scholarship program.
