The Alabama Board of Nursing Scholarship Program is open to the graduate students who are residents of the state of Alabama who will be pursuing a graduate degree program and seeking for either a master’s or a doctorate degree in either nursing or nurse anesthesia in a school of nursing that is recognized in the state of Alabama.
This scholarship grant is also offered to those who are considering to teach nursing in a university or college in Alabama. To qualify for the Alabama Board of Nursing Scholarship Program, the candidate must possess a baccalaureate degree in nursing, and at the same time must hold an Alabama Registered Nurse license.
The Alabama Board of Nursing Scholarship Program awards the post baccalaureate students of nursing the amount of $3,800, while the nursing education students are awarded the amount of $5,000.
