A Nurse I AM Scholarship was established to give financial assistance to the students of nursing who are citizens of the United States. This scholarship program is open to these nursing students who are currently enrolled in a school of nursing also within the United States. A Nurse I Am Scholarship is awarded by the Cherokee Uniforms.
This scholarship grant provides the amount of $2,000 that is given every year and the award is non- renewable as well. Each year, A Nurse I Am Scholarship selects 10 recipients so therefore 10 awards are being given out per year. In order to qualify for this scholarship program, the potential candidate is required to watch any version of the video of “A Nurse I Am”. This video is provided by the Cherokee Uniforms without any cost during the application period.
To get a copy of this video, the candidate may either request for a copy of the DVD or he or she can simply watch the video online. Students who are interested to make an application for this scholarship program are required to submit a completed application as well as an essay with topics that can be found on the application. Black ink must be used for typing the essay and must be double- spaced using Times New Roman font in 10 point text size. The essay must only have a maximum of 750 words, and on the top left corner of every page, the candidate must write on different lines his or her first and last name, contact number, email address and the date.
